This stealthy project is the brainchild of Andrew Will, one of Washington’s, and dare we say one of the country’s, most celebrated wineries. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with all native yeasts and are aged in 100% neutral French oak barrels. This elegant full bodied red is a Bordeaux blend of Cab, Cab Franc, and Merlot that exhibits a dark garnet color with a bouquet of dark fruit, herbs, earth and hints of tobacco.
