This grand cru Pinot Noir is energetic and complex from the get go. The fruit is beautifully expressed with notes of bing cherry, dried strawberries, and wild blackberries. But there is much more to this Pinot than fruit. As it evolves on the palate the complexity becomes clear with flavors of rose water, pine, and forest floor. This is truly the best of what ripe stems can offer the Pinot Noir varietal in the glass.
