The uber pretty, peach-colored fizz that is Andrea and Sabina’s ‘Lunalies’ Frizzante is derived entirely of Vermentino Nero, harvested early in pursuit of bubbly-appropriate acidity, and fermented entirely in bottle, resulting in a refreshingly rustic farmhouse rosato sparkler.
A pet’nat that finishes clean and dry, it’s cloudy appearance is due to it being unfined & unfiltered. With all the probiotic goodness and texture left in the bottle, this tastes like a peppery Bellini made of unripe peach puree, skins and all - addictively tart and puckery, it goes down way too quickly...
